If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 2 weeks of receipt for a full refund. Item must be returned in original condition. Call for a return authorization prior to shipping, otherwise the package will not be accepted.
Although we hold ourselves to the highest degree of workmanship standards, it is possible that due to the handmade nature of our work, something could miss our scrutiny. For this reason we offer a One Year Warranty against defects in manufacture. If in that period your jewelry breaks due to a defect in workmanship we will replace or repair it, at our option, with no cost to you. If we can not duplicate a piece due to individuality, we will offer you a choice of comparable jewelry. This warranty does not apply to broken or lost stones. We have included this warranty because we stand behind our work and want you to feel safe and secure in your purchases.
